Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of epipra.com and the tools reachable from an epipra.com account (currently sms.epipra.com, openseo.epipra.com, and notes.epipra.com, together the "Services"), operated by Hosting Sav LLC ("we," "us"). By creating an account or using any Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. What epipra.com is

epipra.com is an account hub: a single sign-in that connected tools under the epipra.com domain recognize, so you don't need a separate password for each one. Each connected tool may have its own functionality, availability, and additional terms specific to it; these Terms govern the account itself and apply to all Services except where a connected tool states otherwise for its own functionality.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information when signing up and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorized it, except to the extent it results from our failure to meet our obligations under these Terms. Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Access or attempt to access another user's account without authorization.
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Services, or attempt to bypass authentication.
  • Use the Services to send unsolicited messages, spam, or malware, or for any unlawful purpose.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Services, except as permitted by law.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, with or without prior notice depending on severity.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of any content or data you submit through the Services. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit that content solely to operate and provide the Services to you. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for purposes unrelated to providing the Services, except as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Availability and changes

The Services are provided on an ongoing basis, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, add, or discontinue features of any Service, including a connected tool, at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of changes that materially reduce functionality you actively rely on.

6. Termination

You may stop using the Services and request deletion of your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue a Service, with notice where practicable. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 4, 7, 8, and 9) will survive.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hosting Sav LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing law

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email. Continued use of the Services after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
