Different studies have shown that dehydration affects various functions like coordination, complex problem-solving, and attention.

You don’t need to remind yourself about drinking a certain amount of water every day. You just need to drink water when you are thirsty as thirst is a good indicator of the need for water. It is a good habit to drink water throughout the day to keep the body and brain healthy.
